Hmm, masked out the areas and threw some starry textures into it! And added a few touch ups to it to make it look nice. uwu

I've been trying to figure out how people drew stars like that for like.. ever. I'm relatively new to digital art so i'm not really sure what "masked out" means. ^^;

Or "textures"... :-/

Is there somewhere I can have this stuff explained? I use Paint Tool Sai, btw.

Google! You can google masking things out in art programs, Sai tips and tools, utilizing multiply & overlay layers, or how to apply textures to art! :)
